Who we are

Lynne Cooper

Lynne is an experienced project and people manager with extensive knowledge of the life science commercial construction industry across multiple decades. She is an innovator and entrepreneur of solutions for the life science industry that increase project successes with fully digitized high-purity process piping in the field, as well as new-to-market copper welding to improve outcomes.

Lynne is immediate past president of ISPE's Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter and was a finalist for BioBuzz's 2024 Community Builder of the Year.

Morgan Grauel

Morgan supports finance, operations, administrative, and human resources functions at El Sea. Her experience spans accounts payable and receivable, financial management, business administration, and employee support, with a background in wholesale retail production, construction, and concrete projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama.

Shari Lee

Shari keeps the whole ship on course. She connects people, schedules, meetings, and information so every team member knows where to be and what comes next. Often on site alongside client and contractor teams, she has a gift for turning busy projects into organized ones. Her energy and follow-through make her a client favorite, and she helps those clients look like rockstars to their leadership.

John Niziolek

John brings more than 20 years of experience in digital systems, validation, data integrity and regulatory compliance for global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. He has validated enterprise cloud platforms and led a five-year digital platform rollout to 127 operating companies.

Before El Sea, he spent nine years at IPS–Integrated Project Services. He speaks on data integrity at ISPE and INTERPHEX Global.

Mark O’Donnell

Mark makes sure every system does what it was designed to do before anyone sets sail. As our Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation Manager, he guides facilities from installation through handover. He builds strong relationships with contractors and client teams early, and favors a rolling, system-by-system approach that keeps projects moving and surprises to a minimum. Mark also facilitates El Sea’s strategic planning sessions.

Freddy Padilla

Freddy is the navigator for the equipment at the heart of every life sciences facility. He follows each piece of process equipment from specification and vendor selection through installation, start-up, and turnover. Teams call Freddy when they need a clear answer about how equipment will perform in the real world, and his attention to detail helps clients avoid costly delays and walk into qualification with confidence.
